Cancellation Policy: I agree to pay an administration fee of $25 to AA Travel if I cancel or make any changes to this booking.  Bay Motel will charge 50% of 1 nights stay (unless the room can be re-let) if booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival.  Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 1 nights stay (unless the room can be re-let).  Bay Motel fees will be waived if ALL transport to the island is cancelled due to weather conditions on arrival date.
